Two Mississippi pharmacists are among the 324 individuals charged in what the U.S. Department of Justice is calling the largest health care fraud takedown in American history.
Ricky Wayne Quinn and John Anthony “Andy” Null, both from Corinth, were indicted on charges of conspiracy to commit health care fraud.

Federal prosecutors allege that Quinn and Null submitted more than $700,000 in false claims to Medicare and Medicaid for prescription drugs.
Investigators say the two men paid cash to runners who brought them legitimate prescriptions. In return, the runners handed over the unopened medications, which were then restocked and fraudulently billed again to government programs.
The 2025 National Health Care Fraud Takedown brought criminal charges against 324 defendants, including 96 licensed medical professionals—doctors, nurse practitioners, and pharmacists—who allegedly took part in schemes resulting in $14.6 billion in losses.
“This record-setting Health Care Fraud Takedown delivers justice to criminal actors who prey upon our most vulnerable citizens and steal from hardworking American taxpayers,” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi.
Quinn and Null will face prosecution by Assistant U.S. Attorneys for the Northern District of Mississippi.
